HOW TO STRUCTURE A DEAL FOR NEW HEALTH CLUB OWNERSHIP
WITHOUT PUTTING IN ANY MONEY OF YOUR OWN!
by Phil Kaplan
Once upon a time,
in a land far far away, there was a boy named Ironhead. Ironhead
was the strongest boy in all the land. He could lift large cows
over his head and could bend steel with his bare hands.

What
Others Say:
"Phil, I
just wanted to update you on my successes. Just a few
days after I came home from your PEAK Training in June, I
had a meeting with a catering and deli company who wanted
me to review a menu for them. The menu was for a group
of wrestlers who work out in my facility. Without rambling
on and on here's what happened....
Within one hour utilizing my polished PEAK training skills,
the owner of the catering company agreed to add a BE LEAN
section to the menu which included a paragraph about me and
the facility where I am employed. I also engineered
a 10% commission from any referrals I send his way and part
ownership in his business. He also catered my wedding
at cost! That alone save me over $2500! This all
came about as a result of positioning myself as an expert.
As a result business is booming from both sides. Thanks
Phil, of all the "Masters" that I've learned from whether
in person, from a book, audio program, or a seminar no one
has had a more profound and influential impact on my success!
I will keep you updated on my progress. I have some
big things going down. You're the MAN!

Ironhead
was not always so strong. He was once a weak little boy who got
picked on by Bullyface for many years. Bullyface used to make poor
Ironhead do all sorts of things and found great pleasure in embarrassing
this scrawny young fellow. Bullyface enjoyed forcing weaker schoolmates
into positions of servitude and soon announced that carrying his
book bag home from school would become Ironhead's obligation. Every
day the villagers would see Bullyface laughing while Ironhead would
struggle with a large bag full of schoolbooks. Soon Bullyface grew
bored of this daily routine so he decided to summon up a bit of
his own personal cruelty.
In
his book bag, Bullyface hid a few rocks and poor Ironhead, with
great sweat and strain, carried this heavy bag all the way home.
As time went on, Ironhead seemed to have less and less trouble carrying
the bag. Bullyface, dismayed by Ironhead's apparent ease, increased
the load. He put in larger rocks, and when that became easier, larger
rocks still.
Soon
something strange began to happen. Ironhead's arms began to grow.
He found that he started to enjoy carrying the heavy loads and by
carrying the bag in different positions, found that he could increase
the size of his bodyparts. He'd sometimes press the bag over his
head for repetitions. Other times he'd repeatedly curl it up to
his shoulders and slowly lower it back down. Soon, the girls that
used to laugh at Ironhead started paying attention to him, wanting
to feel his powerful body. This enraged Bullyface who, suddenly
realizing the benefit of the bag of rocks, tried to wrestle the
bag away from his now muscular servant. Ironhead refused to let
go. He started lifting the bag, pressing it, curling it, squatting
with it, and to the delight of spectators, performing graceful and
powerful feats of strength. Bullyface finally charged at Ironhead,
demanding the bag and Ironhead finally handed it over. Bullyface,
not quite as strong as he thought he was, could not possibly hold
this rock filled monstrosity. With a loud groan he dropped it on
his foot shattering all of those little foot bones. Everyone laughed
at Bullyface who left the village in shame, never to be heard from
again.
